If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please give 6+ hours advanced notice to ensure that you will not be charged for the appointment. This is done as a courtesy to other guests and Esthetician. If less than 6 hours notice is given, you will be expected to pay 50% of your scheduled service price. No call/ No shows will be charged full price for the scheduled service.
Please make every effort to be on time for your appointment. Our appointments typically run on a continuous basis; out of consideration of other customers, if you are more than 5 minutes late, you may need to reschedule.
We love children, however due to the personal nature of waxing we do not allow unsupervised children to wait inside the room or lobby. If you are unable to keep your children at home, you may be asked to reschedule.
While staff owns multiple dogs and cats, we have clients who are allergic to dander. Furthermore, our room is equipped with wax warmers and glass containers, with an animal loose; this can create a dangerous environment for the customer and Esthetician. Only licensed service dogs are allowed as long as they are on a leash or carry bag. Please advise staff in advance in case there are other customers that are sensitive to animals so that we can make the necessary arrangements to accommodate an appointment for you.
All customers under 18 must bring a parent or guardian.
