Waxing Policies

All guests are required to provide a Credit Card to reserve all appointments. If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please give 6+ hours advanced notice to ensure that you will not be charged for the appointment. This is done as a courtesy to other guests and esthetician. If less than 6 hours notice is given, you will be expected to pay 100% of your scheduled service price.

No call/no shows will be charged full price for the scheduled service.

Our appointments typically run on a continuous basis. Out of consideration of other customers, if you are more than 10 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule.

To help minimize the spread of infection and operate our studio safely, we ask you to please assist us in the following ways:

  • Arrive 10 minutes early to allow time for our screening process.  Please wait in your vehicle and text us once you have arrived.
  • We will be performing temperature checks with a touch-less thermometer.
  • Wear a mask to your appointment.
  • We are not allowing any guests (including children) to wait inside the room or lobby.  All guests will be required to stay in their vehicles.

All customers under 18 must bring a parent or guardian.
