Waxing Policies

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. All guests are required to provide a Credit Card to reserve all appointments. If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify the studio at least 6 hours in advance to avoid being charged the full-service fee. 

A reservation fee/deposit is required for services 1 hour (+). The fee is non-refundable and is applied to the total cost of the service upon check out. The reservation fee is transferable if changes to your appointment is made at least 6 hours in advance.

You may reschedule up to 3 times before relinquishing the reservation fee.

No call/no shows will be charged full price for the scheduled service and will not be allowed to rebook without pre-payment.

Late Arrivals: Arriving late will limit the time spent on your service. Your service will end on time, so that the next guest will not be delayed. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule, and the full value of the service will be charged.

For the best waxing experience, we ask that you:

  • Wear comfortable clothes.
  • Arrive 10 minutes early.
  • We are not allowing any guests (including children) to wait inside the room or lobby.  All guests will be required to stay in their vehicles.

All customers under 18 must bring a parent or guardian.
